So, two video game gals walk into a bar (Stop me if you’ve heard this one)…
This was a fun commission I did quite a few years ago, featuring Lara Croft (Tomb Raider) and Samus (Metroid Other M). Seems the person who wanted this one done felt the recently rebooted adventures of Lara had been better received by fans than the also recently reinvented exploits of Samus.
His idea? Have Lara buy Samus a drink to make her feel better.
I enjoyed the reboot of Tomb Raider, but I didn’t play the Metroid game, so I don’t know which might have been better. But, for now, at least these two famous women of video games can hang out and commiserate over a few drinks.
