This week I’m time travelling by updating with a couple of commissions from 10 years ago. Let’s get right to it.
First up, above, is a fun little pen and ink I did for a fan named Elise back at Anime Central 2013. Elise had an original character she wanted illustrated, and I believe this one came from a role playing game. Elise had some details about the character’s backstory, with a little direction into what her ears and face might look like, but otherwise let me handle the costume, weapon, and hair style. I was just getting into using some of my brush pens at this point, and had fun with the hair.
Next up, we’ve got a couple time travelers. For this one, I was asked to pair everyone’s favorite time lord, in this case played by David Tennant, with a magical girl from Puella Magi Madoka Magica. Homura Akemi uses her shield to magically time jump, so maybe the good doctor can help her fix it with his sonic screw driver?
