Yeah, Yeah, I’ve been terrible at updating this past month or so. Let’s just keep this short and get to the art!
I finished inking Salvage Hounds Volume 2 a week ago! That means I’ve already started working on the finishes. That includes adding the shading, effects, and final touches, like finalizing the letters. Let’s check out some of the progress I’ve made.
A barrage of micrometeorites hits Anahera and Pounder in Jupiter orbit. That’s no joke, as tiny tears in a spacesuit are lethal!
This panel splashes across the top of a page, and was full of details. It’s one thing to model the ship and then wreck it in the penciling stage, but inking this almost killed me. Aaaand then there’s another, similar panel later on the same page. Lol, what was I thinking!

Sweetwater station, a major space station above Europa in Ceres controlled space. The Mutt is docked in the very center along with a Ceres battle carrier (a new ship design, which can also seen in the foreground).
Page 02 of the new story. Olivia takes a call from Shane aboard the command module of the Mutt. Yeah, she’s not exactly happy to see him.
Readers will get to explore more of the Mutt’s interior in volume 2. Here, the crew pleads their cases to the captain in the hangar module.
