Hello! This year I’m a virtual vendor at the Hammond Public Library’s Fan Fest, 2021! So let me give you a little tour!
I’m Brian “BMAN” Babendererde, a video game designer and comic creator. I write and draw the series Soul Chaser Betty, which is about a girl spending her summer vacation with her grandma—fighting monsters! The first six issues are collected as a graphic novel, plus there’s a new issue out now!

I’m also gearing up to release the first issue of a brand new series, Salvage Hounds! It’s a fun, gritty space adventure that’s one part Firefly, one part Lupin the Third, one part Gundam.
